Sketch-a-doodle-doo!

I've been slack with painting buildings on my iPad lately and for that I am most sorry.

Well.. that's not entirely true, there have been a few commissions from a local real estate agent team. Whenever they sell a house, the purchaser will receive a painting of it done by myself. I thought that it was a pretty clever addition to the sale so I've accepted a number of them over the past few weeks. 

The one below is one I was about halfway done when the commissions came in. Since they've been completed I've had more time to finish this one.

It's a prezzie for my folks. Fortunately I can show it here as they aren't all that tubes savvy.

I drew this one up for @daveannable and think it's rather good. Not the happiest with some of the background, but will endeavor to do better next time.

Plus I wanted to see how it would go if I posted something from my iPad.

The Abode of H n' J n' J

So, As well as scenes from Chrisiania, I've been drawing the houses of my friends.
Today is a friends house.
This is where H n' J n' J live.
Harold, Julie and Mr. Jack.

I've known H since we were in high school.
We are best of friends as friends can be.
I'll do a sketch of him sometime as well.

This guy shuns all technology with reckless abandon.
A luddite to be sure.
He scoffed when I demonstrated sketching on my iPad. Scoffed I tell you.
I've added a little spite to this one, just for him.
Who's laughing now, H!? Who's laughing now?

Really tho, H is awesome.
He downloads the strangest movies for us to watch on his gigantic TV.
In HD no less!
